Intellectual Property

All content on the bbr44 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, and data — is the intellectual property of bbr44 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reporting Obligations

bbr44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or collusion.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• Engagement in abusive or threatening behaviour toward bbr44 staff or other users.
• A responsible gaming self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

Voluntary Account Closure

Members who wish to close their bbr44 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bbr44 will process any remaining balance in the account (subject to identity verification and any applicable wagering requirement conditions) and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the member or by bbr44 — access to the platform will be suspended immediately. Governing Law and Disputes

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of bbr44 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
